Our technical team conducts routine farm inspections across our supplier network, guided by our policies to uphold robust quality systems and solid agricultural management. For our key partner farms, we provide dedicated onsite technical support to reinforce adherence to our quality benchmarks.
2. Cold Chain Management
Our cold chain management system operates seamlessly throughout the entire supply chain. From the moment a product is harvested and placed into a refrigerated truck, we ensure the cold chain remains unbroken until it reaches its destination.
3. Packhouse
At our packhouse facilities, harvested produce undergoes meticulous sorting, grading, and packaging. Our trained staff ensures that only the highest quality products meeting our standards are selected for further transportation.
4. Transportation
We assess the cost-effectiveness of sea and air freight for transporting goods, considering their perishability and the requirement for freshness upon arrival in the market. To preserve freshness, we utilize specialized containers equipped with refrigeration and controlled atmospheric (CA) technology.
